The clinic called me and we took a surrender on him to save his life. He was attacked by another dog. He has several punctures in his skull that has caused the disfigurement and his jaw is broken!! He is able to lap up water and liquefied food. He is also suffering from an infection as a result of his attack. He is on medications for the infection and pain. We are hopeful he will recover but it is going to be touch and go. My vet feels his bones will heal but we have to control the infection and keep him eating. He is at my vets now and will be staying in hospitalization for now. PLEASE PLEASE if anyone can help, you can call our vets directly at 217-847-3911(they are there 8-5).
